Greg Schubert CEO

Greg Schubert founded BMS Ventures LLC (BMS) in 2008 and has been its CEO since its inception. Prior to founding BMS Greg held Senior Management positions in Bank Operations and Information Technology for PNC Bank and JP Morgan Chase for twenty-five years. During his tenor with PNC and Chase Greg was responsible for the acquisition of Information Technology equipment, software, telecommunications services and project management services contracts that were valued in the tens of millions of dollars annually. During his career in the Financial Services industry Greg developed his skills in expense management and honed his negotiation skills while negotiating with companies like IBM, AT&T, Verizon, Hewlett Packard, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, for hardware, software and services contracts. These negotiation skills developed over 25 years have served BMS’S clients extremely well in Greg’s negotiations with all of the major Merchant Credit Card processors. Greg also operated an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) for three years that sold Merchant Credit Card processing services to businesses. Greg developed a thorough knowledge of the Merchant Credit Card industry during this time providing him with industry inside knowledge on how processers price and market their services. While learning about the Merchant Credit Card industry Greg realized that their was a business opportunity to represent businesses in contract negotiations with credit card processors that would create a win-win scenario for clients and BMS.
